Oven fried chicken are always a delight to eat on almost every occasion. Although most of us are used to deeply fry chicken, oven fried chicken always have a unique yummy taste that is appreciated by everyone. The following describes 2 of the best oven fried chicken recipes.

Oven fried Chicken with Parmesan and Panko:
This is one of the best oven fried chicken recipes. The Parmesan cheese and panko crumbs give the chicken a rather crispy and tasty coating. For, this recipe you will need 8 pieces of chicken thighs, 5 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of spicy mustard or grainy mustard, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey, half teaspoon of garlic powder, one and a half cups of crumbs of panko bread, half a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of pepper and one tablespoon of dry parsley flakes.
Firstly, prepare your oven fried chicken thighs by washing them and trimming excess fat and skin, then pat them dry and sprinkle with pepper and salt. In a shallow bowl, combine the molten butter with mustard, syrup or honey and garlic powder. Mix the panko crumbs, the Parmesan cheese, paprika, quarter teaspoon of pepper, three quarters teaspoon of salt and parsley in another bowl.
Prepare a large baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil. Then spread a baking sheet on the aluminum foil and grease it or spray it with a suitable non-stick cooking spray. Rub each chicken thigh with the molten butter and mustard mixture, before pressing all of its sides in the panko crumb mixture to coat it completely. Place all of the chicken thighs on the baking sheet after preparing them as mentioned.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of about 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, with all the chicken thighs in place, put the baking pan in the oven and bake them for about 40 minutes or until all juices are cleared. Doneness can also be tested by piercing the chicken thighs with a fork. Now, your oven fried chicken thighs are ready, so serve and enjoy.

Oven Fried Chicken Strips with Mayonnaise Curry Coating:
These yummy oven fried chicken strips are easy to bake and have a fat content that is somehow lower than deeply fried chicken strips. The ingredients for this recipe include quarter cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 6 drops of hot sauce, 1 pound of chicken breast strips, and one cup of dried bread crumbs, half teaspoon of seasoned salt and 2 teaspoons of dry parsley flakes.

Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce and curry powder in a bowl. Coat the chicken strips thoroughly with the mixture. Mix the salt, bread crumbs and parsley flakes in another bowl. Now, roll the chicken breast strips in the mixture of bread crumbs and line them in a greased baking pan. After preheating the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, bake the chicken strips for about 40 minutes and don’t forget to roll the strips once after about 20 minutes of baking. Your oven fried chicken breast strips are now done, so serve and enjoy a marvelous taste.
