The skin and bone has to be left on the breast. For oven baked chicken breast, after washing the breasts you may choose to marinate them first in your favorite flavoring marinade. Some people use lemon or ginger in the marinade to remove the “fowl” odor from oven baked chicken breast. After about an hour of soaking in the marinade, remove them from the solution and allow to dry a little.
Preheat the oven for oven baked chicken breast to about 360 degrees and position a rack midway from the top. Prepare the ready made stuffing according to the instructions in the package. Alternatively, you could put in your own stuffing of bread cubes, butter, eggs and your favorite spices. Slice little pockets between the chicken meat and the bone. Then, with a teaspoon, fill the sacs with stuffing. The number of sacs and the amount of stuffing will depend on your taste.
Season the breasts with powdered garlic, salt and pepper to taste. It might be better to stuff the pepper into the sacs, where the stuffing is, to prevent the pepper from burning to a crisp.
Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil and cook for about 50 minutes. Unwrap the chicken partially and check if it is sufficiently cooked. If needed, cook the oven baked chicken breast again for another 5 minutes and check again.
Another mouth-watering oven baked chicken breast recipe cooks the skin crispy brown. Use a combination of cheese and bread crumbs to achieve this texture. Preferably, use Parmesan or any other cheese that melts well with cooking.

If the odor of chicken bothers you, you can marinate the breasts in a ginger marinade for about an hour. Then remove and let it dry. You need to coat the breasts with a layer of buttered garlic first. Then dip it into the mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese (salt and pepper added to taste).
Place the meat in a dry (ungreased) pan. Sprinkle the remaining buttered garlic on the chicken and cook for 30 minutes in the oven. Position the oven rack midway. Then check to see if the chicken is done. It should be crispy brown and juice shouldn’t drip out when you pierce it with a fork. If the meat is not cooked yet, return it to the oven and cook again for another 5 minutes. Repeat the previous as needed. Bear in mind that the meat has no skin and the inside of the meat will cook faster. Adjust the heat depending on how well you want the chicken to cook.
For oven baked chicken breast, you can further style the dish to suit your palate by adding your favorite spices and dried herbs into the butter mixture.
